Digital Product Delivery
Most products are digital academic reference materials. Where instant download is available, access is provided after successful payment. For custom documentation, delivery details may depend on the topic, format and support request.
Refund Eligibility
- If payment is successful but download/access is not received, contact support with order details.
- If the wrong file is delivered due to a technical or processing issue, EmptyDoc will help correct the delivery.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate payment, failed delivery or verified technical issues.
Non-refundable Cases
- Downloaded digital products may not be refundable after access has been provided.
- Custom work already started or delivered may not be refundable unless there is a confirmed service issue.
- Orders placed without checking topic, category or college-format requirements may not qualify for refund.
